Shannon Kelley has been with Strategic Consulting Services since March 2010, providing vocational services for Self-Insured employers and the Department of Labor and Industries.  Prior to this, Shannon worked for the Washington State Senate during the 2009 and 2010 legislative sessions, serving the following committees:  Health & Long Term Care, Financial Institutions, Housing & Insurance, Judiciary, and Agricultural, Rural & Economic Development.   Shannon obtained her undergraduate degree from The Evergreen State College with an emphasis on Forensic Science and Criminal Behavior.  She currently holds CDMS certification, and is working towards her Master’s degree and CRC certification.
